SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to BSB Nuggets- the Shipping & Returns overview. My hope is to connect in-person at a market, but am fully on board for delivery to surprise someone as well. There is a commitment to delivering your custom strength-based gifts with care. I'm excited for surprises- like mail that's not a bill, so happy to be the messenger. I will deliver for free- anywhere in Rockland County, N.Y.
*For additional areas- even out of state, orders will be mailed with additional postage fees, based on what the post office requests. This is based on weight for the variety of options, depending on what someone chooses for a custom strength box. I am working on a flat rate shipping option in the near future.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At BSB Nuggets, I hope there is true satisfaction & happiness brought forward, At this time, there will be no returns issued. This is due to being custom made, packed with care, and intentionally checked for being presentable and uplifting- prior to sending off for a deserving person.

*The only exception is for the "Wake-up Spray" bottles- although the thick glass selected should be leak free. Life happens, so if you receive an item that is missing product from spilling en route, I'm happy to immediately replace at no cost. I will offer a 10% credit for future needs. I can't control the delivery service, but I can help if there is missing pick me up mail.

PAYMENT:
As this is all so new, BSB Nuggets is currently accepting payments in the following way: cash on site for in-person markets, Zelle, & Venmo. Please contact directly for strength-based products you are interested in, location for shipping/pick-up options, & I will then provide payment request information.
