About BSB Nuggets
At BSB Nuggets, there has been an ongoing passion about helping others but feeling there is SO much more we can do in everyday life. Surprises can be powerful. Following the world of COVID and becoming a mom, I've discovered that the mental health field has changed drastically.
As a therapist, I've been dedicated to suicide prevention & connection- for as long as I can remember. It's been humbling to have people in my life trust me, after horrendous loss and loneliness. I still didn't feel completely fulfilled & wanted to do something more.
So, in this season of life, I find connections are more sporadic, with the virtual dance of personal & family life feeling more distant. I have had this "mini-ish" desire for over 10 years to be part of a local market or to provide uplifting physical items for others. That whisper has become a roar and I decided to take the chance and enroll in my first market this October- (even before any product was complete).
Soooo I guess the story is- if you have a vision, trust it because it will not go away. I'm taking this chance to build others up, fill my own cup, while instilling the importance of community and doing good deeds. No one should feel forgotten about & the power of being thought of is truly MAGIC. You have no idea of how doing something small for someone else can change the trajectory of life.

The mission is to surprise neighbors, help a grieving person feel thought of, celebrate new moms, reconnect with old friends, and boost your own spirits. This matters when it feels hard, impossible, or overwhelming of where to start. So I introduce you to BSB Nuggets- Building Strength Back & finding small ways to change your day.

And for an old school Dr. Seuss goodie- in honor of my boy's favorite movie, The Lorax-
